IKON Wins Award from Staples Business Depot in Canada for IKON WebPrint(SM)

MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 2008--IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN), the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, is pleased to announce that STAPLES Business Depot in Canada recently presented IKON with its Best Category Management for Business Services award at the Staples Global Conference. STAPLES Business Depot honored IKON with the award for IKON WebPrint, a web-based print ordering and workflow solution, which provides the backbone of STAPLES Business Depot online print procurement system.

STAPLES Business Depot utilizes IKON WebPrint in its Canadian operations to provide a tool for customers to submit print requests from their desktops via the STAPLES Canada website to any of the 300 STAPLES Business Depot stores. At the STAPLES Business Depot store, IKON WebPrint is used by employees to retrieve the customer files for printing and to track each print job through production.


Lasermax Roll Systems Announces New High-Speed Stack System at Drupa 2008

Xerox Raises $1.4 Billion Through Senior Notes Offerings

NORWALK, Conn., April 28, 2008  -- Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) closed today on a $400 million offering of senior unsecured notes due in 2013 bearing a fixed rate coupon of 5.65 percent, and a $1 billion offering of senior unsecured notes due in 2018 and bearing a fixed rate coupon of 6.35 percent.

Proceeds from the offerings will be used to repay the company's borrowings under its 2007 credit facility and for general corporate purposes. The offering follows last week's investment grade credit rating upgrade from Standard and Poor's Rating Services from BBB- to BBB.

Former Tampa Bay Technology Forum Vice President joins iDatix

Clearwater, FL — Heather Kenyon recently joined iDatix as Director of Sales and Business Development. Ms. Kenyon will be responsible for developing customer relationships and strategic business partnerships. Previously she was the Vice President of Development for the Tampa Bay Technology Forum.
