Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan since 1914, Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) provides more than 1,600 liberal arts and occupational courses to over 15,000 students, and another nearly 8,000 learners are served by non-credit instructional opportunities. By being student-centered, collaborative, flexible, and affordable, GRCC has maintained a solid reputation as a premier transfer institution and is nationally recognized for both its liberal arts and occupational programs.

For Doug Miller, Director of Print Solutions at GRCC, the need for an agile, cost-effective, and reliable print infrastructure is critical to meeting the requirements of students, faculty, and staff to help keep the College affordable and attractive to a wide section of the surrounding population. He explains, “Things are constantly changing at GRCC to improve our educational offerings – new courses are made available, facilities are reconfigured, new project teams assembled, etc. – so it’s extremely important that our IT environment is flexible and able to adapt with us as GRCC grows and evolves.”
