Kyocera Teaching Assistant Update Brings Educators Enhanced Benefits

A device-based application, Teaching Assistant enables teachers to automatically print, scan, grade and analyze student’s test scores right from a Kyocera MFP. The new version of the application integrates fully with Microsoft Excel 2010 or higher and allows users to modify grading, add extra credit grades, and even add in essay question grades in addition to the bubble-sheet forms. It also prints test sheets with student names pre-populated, and outputs comprehensive analytics as a printed file or PDF—or CSV for import into MS Excel.

Teaching Assistant is a HyPAS application. As such, it is compatible with most Kyocera TASKalfa and ECOSYS MFPs.
