ITEX 2008
Thomas Schneck, President of DocuWare AG (the parent company of DocuWare Corporation), was featured in the Document Management Power Hour Session during ITEX 2008, presenting his topic: “So, You’ve Selected a Document Management Solutions Partner. What’s Next?”
DocuWare exhibited during the show, demonstrating its latest version of document management software, version 5.1a. DocuWare’s booth was featured as a “Technology Hotspot,” as well as a stop on the “Technology Tour,” both of which were designed to drive groups of event attendees to vendors’ booths. They are part of an elite group of vendors whose technology/internet-based products gave attendees the resources to increase profits, continue to grow core business and branch out vertically into new markets.
In addition to exhibiting, Greg Schloemer, President of DocuWare Corporation also hosted an Owner’s Meeting at ITEX. Business owners had the opportunity to learn how DocuWare can help them transition from selling hardware to selling solutions by hearing about DocuWare’s go-to-market strategy, proven business model and structured tools.
“Our DocuWorld event enables Authorized DocuWare Partners to learn first-hand what is new with DocuWare as a company, allowing them to remain aware of the direction that DocuWare is heading,” Schloemer said. “Our Partners were able to network with peers and explore additional DocuWare possibilities with our alliance sponsors as well. Having the event in conjunction with ITEX was a very good experience – the DocuWorld event exceeded our expectations with record attendance and sponsors.”
