Therefore, the bizhub models 223, 283, 363 and 423 offer comprehensive monochrome copying, printing and faxing together with versatile colour scanning functions. Combined with Konica Minolta’s software applications the new office systems are the ideal tools for efficient document capture and distribution workflows. This helps to save time and reduce costs for workgroups and departments in virtually any corporate environment, for example in accounting, controlling and personnel.

As true A3 MFPs the bizhub 423 series – comprising the models bizhub 223, 283, 363 and 423 – delivers full office communication with monochrome printing, copying and faxing as well as colour scanning. Output speeds range from 22 to 42 pages per minute, enhancing existing fleets with the appropriate capabilities. With its versatile scanning features the new bizhubs make separate scan stations obsolete. All four devices scan up to 70 originals per minute in both colour and monochrome. The standard scanning functionalities include scan-to-email, FTP, SMB, Box, USB and TWAIN. Of course the new multifunctional devices process all relevant formats, such as JPEG, TIFF, PDF, compact PDF, XPS and compact XPS.

In addition to supporting scan applications, the bizhub 423 series has been designed with our customers in mind. We have listened and now it’s time to deliver. The bizhub 423 like all our multifunction devices totally integrates with PageScope Enterprise Suite (PSES). PSES is a complete suite of products offering cost recovery, security, personalization/customization of the panel, device management and also our latest and greatest module which enables follow-me printing.

The PageScope Account Manager, for example, enables aggregate analysis and management of network devices. Analysing detailed usage conditions, estimating costs, and graphing the aggregate results help to reduce unnecessary costs and to manage costs on a group basis.

The Web-based PSES includes Account Manager, Authentication Manager, My Panel Manager and Net Care Device Manager, and systematically links applications, integrating and sharing them seamlessly on one server. This results in much easier operation and better-integrated management. The i-Option function was designed to offer users and administrators the ability to increase the possibilities of their office MFDs.
