JEFFERSON CITY, MO - April 10, 2008 - With the official release Adaptive Service Management™ (ASM), FMAudit connects office equipment and product supply dealers with their customers. ASM is a complimentary component to automated meters, allowing dealers to automate supplies replenishment. ASM is comprised of an upgrade to Onsite v2.0 for end-user data collection and a new ASM module for the dealer hosted Central Enterprise.
"In anticipation of our new release, we've already signed up an impressive 90 dealers in the past 6 months." stated Kevin Tetu, President and CEO of FMAudit. "We were reassured that our 2 years of hard work and sizable financial investment was the correct one when we learned that a vast majority of these dealers were making the move to FMAudit from another solution."
Under the FMAudit philosophy, dealers may continue to work with their preferred supply vendors, importing these price sheets into Central. This data is then meshed with that pulled from each device, FMAudit's side-by-side database and data from their ERP tool. These results provide unprecedented TCO analysis and automated supplies ordering. ASM focuses on not only the dealers existing fleet of devices as with those under a CPP program, but new sales opportunities on competitive assets. As supplies run low ASM may automatically or upon approval submit quotes or purchase orders to the dealers ERP tool and simultaneously to the dealers selected supply vendor. This is a proactive approach, providing the end-user with new supplies before they run out. As with automated meters, both the end-user and dealer are removed from the labor intensive supplies management quagmire.
"The end-users objective is simple." stated Greg Allen, COO of FMAudit, "They want to remove themselves from the burden of keeping their devices up and running but need to do so cost effectively. Dealers who move these devices into their managed fleet quickly run into obstacles with scalability. ASM is an enterprise system that grows with the dealers, capable of handling an unlimited number of devices. The best part is, you only pay for what you use and you don't pay anything for competitive assets."
"FMAudit will continue to make investments into solutions and partnerships that will benefit dealers and help them transition to a successful just-in-time-supply offering," stated Kevin Tetu, "providing not only proactive supplies replenishment, but results in lower supply costs, reduced inventories and increased customer retention."
Current FMAudit Enterprise customers may upgrade to the new ASM features at no additional charge. To learn more, contact Greg Allen at (573) 632-2461, ext. 205.
