Available worldwide, the solution runs on MFPs from Ricoh, Savin, Lanier, Gestetner and Infotec.
Fiery Send Server is an ideal solution for corporate enterprises such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, higher education, and legal services as well as government facilities that handle heavy volumes of hard copy and sensitive documentation, enabling easy archive and retrieval while providing for a high level of security. The solution converts existing MFPs into interactive interfaces that make it easier to leverage the embedded and advanced functionalities of smart MFPs, including e-mail, fax, scan and document management - all from a centrally managed software solution.

The solution also provides state-of-the-art security measures and powerful sender authentication and audit trail features to help ensure compliance with federal regulations. The new Fiery Send Server is hosted on a centralized Windows® server that communicates to client applications running on MFP control panels, allowing customers to connect and manage multiple MFPs from one centralized server.
Fiery Send Server supports various plug-ins to document management systems to further enhance productivity by facilitating streamlined business processes across the enterprise. The supported plug-ins include email, OCR, legal stamping, scan-to-folder, Document Mall, Microsoft SharePoint, Documentum®, EFI Digital StoreFront® and many others. These plug-ins are built and directly supported by EFI to ensure end-to-end interoperability. Special licensing is also available for multiple MFPs and plug-ins.
